Our Care Services
-
We deliver flexible care solutions tailored to your clinic’s needs through both virtual and in-person services. Our team works within your existing operations to strengthen care delivery, reduce wait times, improve access, and support financial sustainability.
-
The OneGen Room is a first-of-its-kind, immersive virtual care experience designed specifically for Tribal healthcare. It combines in-person and digital services to bring board-certified physicians directly into the clinic using telepresence, a digital wall, diagnostic tools, and connected devices. Built to fit within a Tribe’s existing space, the room also features mood, lighting, and sound controls to create a calming, culturally responsive environment. It supports physical, mental, social, and traditional care while expanding access, improving outcomes, and generating sustainable revenue.
-
We help Tribes design and deliver behavioral health and substance use programs that are culturally grounded, financially sustainable, and community-driven. From detox to outpatient care, we support every stage of program planning, development, and implementation.
-
We help Tribes align services with Medicaid and IHS policies to expand wraparound care and secure long-term funding. Our guidance ensures compliance while creating space to grow services based on community needs.
-
We work with Tribal leaders to create care models rooted in Indigenous knowledge, values, and tradition. These models shape everything from staffing to clinical pathways, ensuring care reflects and respects the culture of the community it serves.
-
We help build systems that recognize the family as central to healing. Using models like PACT and OneGen, care is coordinated across generations and designed to support physical, emotional, and cultural wellness together.
-
We support Tribal clinics in building secure, effective systems to manage patient data, improve documentation, and strengthen care coordination. Our training and support help staff use these systems with confidence and accuracy.
-
We work directly with your team to improve care quality, streamline operations, and meet performance goals. Through hands-on coaching and support, we help build the internal capacity to lead lasting change.
Every solution is co-developed with Tribal leadership, tailored to community values, and supported with full implementation, training, and operational support.
For example, a Tribe may begin by expanding virtual primary care, then layer in a OneGen Room for specialty access, and finally add behavioral health and family-centered models supported by performance coaching and Medicaid policy alignment. Each service strengthens Tribal capacity, supports self-governance in healthcare, and lays the foundation for long-term, sustainable care.
